Things I learned/ things that happened today:
1. That I cannot convince Asher that I am on vacation, therefore, I am allowed to sleep in. He takes his duties as a living alarm clock very seriously.
2. I love sleeping with the windows open on a cool night, especially if I can use Greyson's fat ass as a pillow.
3. That 2 hour time period yesterday where I couldn't catch my breath, and thought about going to the ER? Yeah, I should have. All that pain I was having was NOT related to my back problems.
4. I absolutely LOVE my new doctor. I saw her today and she did everything I wish my other doc had. One breathing treatment, EKG(still throwing PVCs, but it's probably due to the lack of you know, breathing),chest X-ray (she is still concerned I will develop pneumonia) and prescription inhaler/steroids later, I am feeling a lot better. I usually avoid taking steroids at all costs-they make me crazy. But my only other option was to be hospitalized. I chose crazy-and it's a synthetic form I have taken before, so the side effects are less...horrible.Mrs. CB is prepared for battle the next 6 days :)
5. I was not diagnosed with Allergic asthma as I expected, but Intrinsic asthma. Not sure what the trigger is, so it's gonna be hard to control. Still find it absolutely weird to develop this as an adult.
6. Mrs. CB is going to Chicago next weekend which is perfect as it's my weekend to work. She is worried about leaving me alone, not because of my love for strippers and booze, but she's afraid I'll have another attack. I reminded her we have 2 nurses living across the street.
7. I love tomato, cucumber, red onion and cream cheese in a pita pocket. Light, fresh, healthy. I'm sure the Taco Bell we are having for dinner will cancel all of that out.
8. The local AMC is having a 12:01 AM showing of TXF:IWTB...I want to go. I think we'll try to go tomorrow.
9. Brooke Smith gives great interviews.
10. One of my student loans is FINALLY paid off. I think I have 2 payments left on the other then I am free. And it only took 15 years and one default...go me.
11. Eurkea starts next week. Grey's starts in 8 weeks, TSCC starts in about 6 weeks. Been a long damn time since I have looked forward to Fall TV.

#2. Cats are very soft.
#3. Next time, don’t think….Go!
#4. Damn Girl, you don’t do anything half-assed, do you? Good to hear that you’ve found a better doctor. And, I shall say a little prayer for Mrs. CB over the next six days – a patience novena (minus three days) of sorts.
#5. Hope you’re able to determine the cause of the attacks. Don’t guess there’s something at work that is causing the problem???
#6. I can understand the missus’ concern. Be sure the neighbors are on speed dial.
#7. Eh, don’t worry about cancelling things out. It works in reverse, too. Drinking diet drinks while eating cookies cancels out the cookie calories. Oh, it helps if the cookies are broken, too.
#8. I can’t wait for the X-Files movie!!!
#9. She really does. :)
#10. Go you!!!
#11. I hear ya – for the first time in a very long time, the Fall schedule is looking up.

If you get into trouble while Mrs. Smoochies is out of town, don't hesitate to call EMS. Compared to breathing, a little drama is nothing.
Congrats on the loan payoff, and good luck!

Great job on the student loans! I'll probably be paying mine off until I'm a senior citizen...especially since I haven't started yet, and I just applied for more today. I was proud of myself that I didn't take out the full amount that I was offered, though.
Tomato/cucumber/onion/cream cheese sounds perfect! I get a veggie wrap at school that sounds like that. I never thought I liked cucumber before, but it turns out that I love it! (I really, really, really hate pickles, though.)
I hope you feel better soon!

1. Asthma: Crap! I'm sorry :/ (They don't think the cats are triggers, do they?)
2. I'm notsomuch a fan of cucumbers, but the rest of that sandwich sounds divine. Red onions/tomatoes are so yummy.
3. Let us know what you think of the X-Files movie. I Want to Believe It Will Be Good, But Have Been Burned Before.
4. Congrats on paying off that loan! Mrs. THI is going to be paying off hers until hell freezes over.
5. I really, really can't get into Grey's. I tried! Well, you can always bask in the triumph of sucking me into Bad Girls. :)

Oh, and I'm running away to Chicago.
