Spent a lovely few days off with Mrs CB. last week. Got vacation plans finalized- she will be joining me for a day or so in NYC after all. Also upgraded phone to a Crackberry Curve. Just waiting for it to get here so I can destroy it. Why the new phone?

I have become a Twitter whore.


During Staycation 2009, I woke up with a toothache. Went to dentist today. Abcessed tooth UNDER a crown, need root canal, possible a NEW crown (my checkbook cringes at me)and I can't get it done til next week. Not happy.

Got super strong vicoden. VERY happy.

New Drink for you all to try:

CB's Sunrise

tequila
vanilla vodka
cointreau
blood orange Italian soda
orange rind for garnish.

It is intoxicatingly refreshing. Seriously!

I have decided on my contribution to IDF 2009. I hope it will be entertaining.

I have a new assignment for ship_manifesto.

Due Sept 29, 2009...10 short days before meeting my girls in NYC.

I effin' LOVE my crackberry. I can't imagine going back to a regular cellphone. And don't want an iPhone either. The iPod touch does all that extra work for me. I'm still not sure about jumping into twitter full time though.

Don't worry CB, Twitter has made whores of all who have visited her lair. It's like the line in that Eagles song: "you can check out but you can never leave."

I also find that if you substitute crushed vicoden for margarita salt on your shot glass that the tequila kicks in a whole lot faster....
