Blizzard 2008, but not quite
We didn't get official Blizzard title because we didn't have the sustained winds for a certain time frame, but we did see a new snowfall record: 20.4" in the city, about 14-15" at our house.
Pictures? Why sure... 2008 Record snowfall
I ate today which made the wife very happy. I also got a little more sleep last night. I hate kleenex and late night TV and time change. I love Sprite and skin sensitive tape. And my better half and the boys who have all done a great job of playing nurse. And Vicoden.
They already canceled school for tomorrow so Mrs. CB can stay home with us.

Damn, I don't think I've ever seen that much snow - ever!!!
Okay, enough of the exclamations - literally. Good to see you're doing better and that your nurse will get to stay home tomorrow. Hope you just keep getting better and bettter and better. :)

Bruin must be quite pleased that his plans for world domination are moving along so well. "All this in-fighting with Obama and Clinton...and then McCain will fall and break his hip and be devoured by a band of feral cats because he forgot his Life Alert pendant...and that's when I step in. Ehhhhhcellent!"

OMFG that's a lot of snow... at one time. I can't imagine the city that struggles to clear streets of 2" accumulations having a prayer of handling what ya'll got.
Good luck.
FWIW: I miss snow days.

It would have helped if Sheriff Karnes had declared a level 3 Snow Alert Fri night or Sat afternoon to clear the highways without having to weave through the 2000 accidents. Someone in the Columbus comm said he won't do that unless there is a fatal accident caused by the weather.
