We watched Hee Haw with my grandparents, but sometimes we'd get to go next door to my uncle's house and watch Solid Gold.

There'll never be another Buck. He was a true original. We watched Hee Haw at my house when I was little, too. My dad owns nearly all of Owens' albums.

I think I'll go listen to "Streets of Bakersfield."

Saturdays at my grandfather's always culminated in watching Hee Haw at night before we headed on home...good ole Buck. He was an original, and he will be missed.
