And the show is gonna be CHARACTER driven, and if he crosses over with SVU...Holy Gayness!!

It doesn't say if March will return as Cabot, prob not. I doubt she'll be part of any hoyay, if Dickless has anything to do with it.

She's finally sick of staying home with 'man-tits' and needs a steady job. Obviously she's doesn't have 'a bun in the oven', unlike Mrs. Hermann. "Mr. & Mrs. Pitt" must not have done anything for her career.

Well, we're glad to have teh pretty on our TV screens again. I'll have to pull out my drool cup. I hope she's in tight short skirt suits.

Variety says that she's returning to play Cabot (with a promotion):

Dick Wolf has finalized casting for his new NBC series "Conviction," adding a trio of thesps -- including former "Law & Order: SVU" star Stephanie March.

J. August Richards ("Angel") and Jordan Bridges ("Mona Lisa Smile") also are onboard in key roles for the skein, which has just starting lensing in Gotham. Walon Green wrote the pilot and will exec produce with Wolf.

March is reprising her "L&O" role as Alexandra Cabot. She'll serve as bureau chief in "Conviction," which will revolve around young assistant district attorneys.

Richards will play a snobby attorney who's trying to claw his way to the top.

Bridges is set to play a well-connected lawyer who leaves a private law firm to work for the DA's office.

Unlike most Wolf shows, "Conviction" won't be a straight procedural. Producer calls the skein a "charactercedural."

Wolf FilmsWolf Films is producing "Conviction" in association with NBC Universal Television Studio.

Wolf ordered 13 episodes to start airing 'mid-season'... whatever mid-season means.

'Conviction' will take the place of L&O:Trial by Jury, which was cancelled. It will even be using the same sets as Trial by Jury... budget cuts at Wolf & Co.
