I am astounded and disgusted. I had no idea about this. Why did Harris' teammates tolerate this? Were they so immersed in the groupthink of being a "team-player" that no one had an ounce of courage to stand up with Harris when Portland excluded her from the banquet? Unbelievable! The fact that it took a press release from the Natl Center for Lesbian Rights to bring Harris' story to light just makes me sick to my stomach. This woman has been a coach for thirty years and there was an investigation before and Penn State did nothing? I'd better stop now or I'll have written an Epistle on your blog before I'm through!
