The Halloween Post

Had a great time at artskat's annual H-ween bash even if we did leave before midnight. Mrs. CB and I dressed up as Patsy and Edina from Absolutely Fabulous, but we had to go with weekend/biker Patsy as the wig would not twist properly.



Me (booze whore) and Mrs CB as Patsy and Eddie-thank god I am not blonde in real life nor do we break out the stage makeup on a regular basis. I will say that all of Mrs. CB's outfit (except the wig) was found in her personal wardrobe. I am guzzling "Black Bubbles"...a sparkling shiraz. Tasteeeeee!

We put up the temporary "Crime Scene" fence and set up the Jack-O-Lantern lights. Trick-or-Treat is tomorrow night, so I have one more pumpkin to carve. I think it's gonna be Herman Munster. Mrs. CB plans to dress up as a Mad Scientist (hell, I play that role every day), and I will probably do Hannibal Lector...if I can slick my hair back. If not, crazee escapee. I know we have plenty of candy, but I better make sure we have enough wine and Silly String..heh heh.

We went to brunch this morning and Mrs. CB teased me for eating a pink-frosted cupcake with sprinkles on it. I'm just making a pre-emptive announcement before she goes blog-crazy. It was damn tasty.

I have a lot to say about what's been happening in my life the last six weeks, but the energy, it just isn't there. I hate time changes. So we'll leave this as "to be continued..."

I got may hair cut a few months ago...it is now about 2" long instead of 20". And gray. Sexay gray!

And today was the first time I thought that I actually missed having it long...and colored.
