It's like April 2006, all over again

So the wife and I are sitting here, cheesy chicken tortilla soup on the stove, watching a show about ancho-chile brownies, basically just enjoying a peaceful Sunday. Then I hear, "That better not be one of those fucking bugs ". Yeah,it was, only about a million of them. The office was kinda covered in Mayflies. They are a little bit early...it's only April

I sucked most of them up in the shopvac, then sealed the spot in the wall where they were coming in while the wife moved furniture. I really shouldn't be laughing, but when she gets flusters, her lauguage gets a little...blue :)

We did pull the entertainment center out and I took the opportunity to hook up the PS2, so a little good did come from it :) I better go make her a margarita-she's still cussing out the bugs and it's been an hour. At least we weren't leaving for vaca this time.

ETA: The Cheesy Chicken Tortilla Soup? 4-alarm heat baby. Sangria barely cools the heat, margarita up next.

We thought so for 4 days. When I came home yesterday, I noticed the boys "playing" with something. I checked the office to see them just starting to come out again.
