October Skies

There is a beautiful blue October sky out today, so Mrs CB and I made the most of it. She finished cleaning up the gardens and planted the last of the tulip bulbs, including the 18 she got at poker last night (again, I was the big winnah!!). Since it was warm enough to wear shorts out (which had been my excuse for procrastinating), I decided to decorate for Halloween. I made 7 new tombstones and put them around the house. I admit, I got a little more political than normal with "RIP Sybil Wrights", "RIP N.O.Scents", and "RIP Big O. Tree". Had some fun as well with "Ima B. Otch" and a couple others. I put the Jack-O-Lantern lights along the sidewalk that leads to the porch and got out the 7' Funky Frankenstein monster. We got the last of my MKG costume and the candy to hand out to the little bastards darlings that will be gracing the neighborhood Thurs night. Blow Pops for the cool costumes, orange-flavored toostie rolls for the lame ones.

Thought I would include some pics from my last Halloween Party simply because I am putting off working on another project. Enjoy!

Attention OHIO Voters!!

While I hope that everyone who is voting this year is educating themselves on all issues, I am asking OHIO voters to take another look at what The Gay Marriage Ban Amendment really says. ( ISSUE 1 Will hurt unmarried straight couples as well as gay couples )
