Oi! Drunk Girls!

Last night was "Girls Night Out" with artskat. Pizza, booze, broads intellectual conversation. Good times. And if I remember correctly, I think we agreed to write a Kathy and Mo like show for that GLBT Theater festival next year. It would appear that my liver is in for quite the workout as I can only write Teh Funnay when I am Teh Soused. "Hello Whiskey, my old friend..."

I have a date in 3 hours with the world's sexiest eye doctor...grrrrrrrwl! I get new glasses this year...goodbye black Cabot-y style, hello something something style. I wish Mrs. CB was going with me to keep me from picking something unsuitable for my fantabulous face. And to drive me home after they dilate my eyes. Always fun!

It's 54 degrees out right now. I am a happy camper. I love cool/cold weather-don't ask, just accept that I do. I think I'll open a window or two for the boys.

Lady Fest is happening this weekend. Mrs. CB is performing a spoken word thingy this evening after which we shall dine downtown then go dancing...she'll dance, I'll stand against the bar looking hawt. artskat is performing The Cat puppet tomorrow night...I am going to try and go and get pics...I wish I had a vidcam because you gals really need to see this act.

Okay...I think that's it in a nutshell. Gotta grab a shower and try to remember what my

Sexy Eye Doc helped me pick out some new frames. Of course, Mrs CB will have to go in with me next week to give final approval, but I think she'll like the top three choices. And I'm pretty sure I can wrangle dinner at Figlio's out of her. I wonder if she'll let me ask Sexy Eye Doc along...

What a beautiful, dreary day! I was actually missing living in Grandview- coffee, bakery, all my docs, hair salon, post office and tons of restaurants within gimp distance of our apartment. Good times.

I picked up chocolate-filled croissants and some fresh pecan rolls at Teh French Loaf...Mrs. CB will be SO surprised. Sorry, none for any of you.
