Birthday Wishes!!!!

I've been on LJ for 4 years now and I have met a TON of great people (and a few freaks...you know who you are) through the crazy world of fandom as we know it.

I (and Mrs. CB) have had the pleasure of forging a wonderful friendship with theholyinnocent(and her consort)over the past few years, both on-line and in real life. We "met" back in the Alex/Olivia heyday, and with the exception of my current Callie/Erica obsession( seriously, ignore the MerDuh and watch the cannon GOGA), we continued to explore new fandoms together. She has been my ship manifesto beta, my co-conspirer, my friend.

The last few times the wife and I have visited NYC, we were privileged to spend wonderful evenings with THI and her spouse. Remember laughing in the back of Cafe Vivaldi while listening to a certain musician? New Year's Eve 2007 will always be one of my favorite memories. Shopping in the Village still makes me blush.

And so today I'd like to take a moment to wish theholyinnocent a Happy 73rd Birthday! I am working on something for you, but getting hit with Ike and being without power for a week has put me behind. So, in the interim, please enjoy a video made by our mutual friend:

So, I was thinking about hosting a "viewing" party/drinking game/bitch/cheer session on my LJ tonight during and for a while after the premiere.

On the two-hour season premiere of "Grey's Anatomy," Meredith and Derek learn that "happily ever after" isn't easy, a military doctor who brings in a trauma patient catches Cristina's eye, and the Chief and his staff reel at the news that Seattle Grace is no longer nationally ranked as a top-tier teaching hospital.

Drinking game rules...please feel free to add your own depending on which characters you love/hate.
