Finally!

Our power was restored today at 12:30 pm. Our cable and internet just came back on.

We were without power for almost 7 whole days. But we had our home, our boys, and our sense of humor. I even took pictures, so expect a photo post soon documenting our attempts at urban survival.

Have a TON of interwebbing to catch up on, so help me out:

And thanks to everyone for their thoughts, prayers and offers of Fed-Exing strippers and booze. It was greatly appreciated.

YAY!!! There's nothing like that first flicker of light...followed by the need for television and internet. So glad you're back in the world of power. If I had to play one more game of solitaire or work one more crossword puzzle, I'd have gone mad. :)

I tried to Fed-Ex a stripper but she wouldn't fit into the damn box.

And I couldn't find a midget stripper on such short (Ha! Pun) notice. Fail.

My week ---> acquired a Friend With Benefits, got laid (alot), rode ponies, went running, watched House. The End.
