Weekend Happenings

cabensonWhat weird weather we are having. Warm and thunder stormy yesterday, cold and snowy today.
Mrs. CB and I had a fairly productive weekend. Friday night we squeezed in the first two Terminator movies as we ate the best pizza ever. I still remember going to see the original when it came out-it was the summer after I graduated highschool and I went with my mom. Twenty some years later and I still enjoy watching them. Ended the night early because my headache was flaring up- all I can take is Tylenol until after the surgery. Damn blood!
Saturday we did a little retail therapy- I got a gorgeous Fossil watch with a nice wide black leather band. I look awesome, people! We had a nice little lunch out and when we got back, I introduced Mrs. CB to The Sarah Connor Chronicles. She really liked it! I am hoping to get my mom hooked on it if she isn’t already.
We watched a little Food Network and happened across Giada’s show- she was making Chocolate Espresso Bellinis. As she tasted them, she said, “The chocolate and espresso will keep your party going all night long!” Without missing a beat, Mrs. CB and I responded, “I bet Giada can go all night long…” That woman gives a whole new meaning to the term Food Pron!
Yesterday I tackled one of my biggest winter projects- I shaved my legs. Two disposable razors and one Shick Quatro later, I am ready for shorts again. Now if Mother Nature would just get the message.
I made us a delicious asparagus/mushroom/onion and cheddar quiche. I took a picture of it, that’s how beautiful it was. As I was preparing dinner, I completed my P&P Pimp Your fandom Video- I am pimping Army Wives. Denise and Claudia Joy are SO doing it.
Anyone wanting the eps, let me know. I can post links when I get home from the most boring day of work evah!
I have several videos to make in the next few weeks. I have TSCC, Sam/Janet, another Army Wives, A/O, and possibly a Bad Girls roaming around in my head. I may do a FoL or a multifandom one as well, if I can get decent clips.
Now back to trying to decide what I want for lunch…
