trancer21 has put up all the season 2 eps on her LJ. I don't know how many of the links are still alive, but i can upload the ones which aren't. I think it might be time to start a bad girls comm. Looks like there may be enough people who are interested.

I don't get BBC America either. Hopefully, they'll put out torrents for S1 soon. We have all the eps fro S2 from trancer. I'll look into setting up a comm sometime later in the week when I have more time. Or do you want to get started?

I've downloaded all of season 1 eps from TV Torrents.com. (My thanks to residentgeek for that heads-up, and I believe it was projectjulie who uploaded them to the site in the first place.) You have to sign up, but I haven't gotten any spam from them (yet) and it's easy. The quality is quite sharp as well.

I checked trancer21's LJ. Fantastic, thank you so much! The first three were on different servers and have since expired, but I took a quick look at two of the later ones and they look downloadable. I will say the same to you as I said to trancer- you are a goddess among women. :)

As for a comm, I think it would be an interesting idea. So many of us in North America are getting into the show later than most, so it might be interesting to get some fresh dialogue going about it.
