I was reading about the movie Ladyhawke yesterday.

If you could transform into any animal, what would it be and why?

My answer: I think I would like to be a bear because they get to sleep all winter. If not a bear, then I would want to be a black jaguar because I think Bruin looks like a little one.

I've been sitting here for 10 minutes thinking about this. Here are some of the things I've come up with:

-wild horse. pros: to run like a horse is pure freedom, it's exhilerating being ON one, let alone to be one. cons: wild horses aren't really wild, and living conditions are extremely hard.
-elephant. pros: no real predators except man, so wise and intelligent. cons: it would be a cumbersome life.
-hawk. pros: to soar like a hawk would certainly be fulfilling. cons: you'd have to kill things.
-lion or wolf. pros: a sense of community and they are both very dignified creatures. cons: killing things. and both live in extreme climates.

I think overall though I'd rather be the predator than the prey. As amazing as it would be to run like the wind, more often than not you'd be running for you life.

BAH! That's MY answer! I even have the name to go with it ;) Actually... I could do with a regular jaguar rather than a black one if it came down to it, but... black jaguar/leopards just look a whole lot cooler. Did you know that jaguar's jaws are so strong, instead of flipping a turtle over to get at the soft underbelly, they can just break through the shell? Hell yeah. /geek

If not a jaguar (I need this as an icon hahaha), then I'd go with my other favourite, the snow leopard. Another pic; and another just because now I'm just out of control. But check out that tail!

I would be a bison, cause think about it, a bison walking down the street, no one fucks around with a bison.
...or a cheetah! because I could run really fast. CB, for example, I could poke you over and over again, until you yell!
but then run so fast, you could not catch me.

This may fall under the category of "too much information" but I would want to be a bonobo. The females run the tribe. They have queer sexual encounters, including behaviors that are pornographically human. And they are intelligent. Intellect and sex, it almost makes up for the fleas!
