I just signed up for femslash08. I can only comfortably write in ONE of the offered fandoms, and only 2 pairings in that fandom. Oh please don't let me get assigned a Lexie, Meredith or Izzie fic. I signed up because Mrs. CB joked that my chronic headaches may be a creative logjam and I need to work it out. I haven't been inspired to write in a LONG time, but the Callie/Hahn canon is starting to spark some ideas.

I also want Brooke Smith/Sara Ramirez RPF. I seriously need help.

I finished my FSAC:DDoS entry and sent it off. It was a fun vid. I need to do more fun stuff, but I am such an angsty girl when it comes to my favored pairings. I never want them to be happy.

Okay, in other news:

Mrs. CB went to the store last week and bought some fresh-squeezed Valencia Orange Juice. I asked why she bought more when we had a carton of Tropicana already opened. She told me the she had a coupon, so she bought the "pure Valencia" for herself. The carton OJ was mine. I told her to enjoy her uppity juice.

I got a call from my mom yesterday. It started like this:

Mama CB: CeeBeeeeee, it's your Moo-oom.
Me: I know. I saw the number on the Caller ID and cringed.
MamaCB and Me: :both start cracking up.:

We have a strange relationship.

We are driving to the lake (Indian Lake, not Lake Erie) today to see my folks. My mom made me a quilt for my birthday-hand cut- and she has finished it. It is in shades of blue and silver with one very shiney, almost foil-like material. I can't wait to see it. This is maybe the 4th quilt she has done since Christmas.

Work is stressful. . My angina has been rearing it's ugly head and I am expecting to have my first heart attack the week we open.

Pray for me Obi-Wan-Flist. you are my only hope...

Oh! You should post a pic fo the quilt if you get a chance. My mom used to quilt all the time when I was a kid (there are probably about 20 all around the house) but hasn't been motivated to in recent years. She'll be way jealous to know that your mom has done almost half a dozen (yea, I know it is four, but "almost half a dozen" sounds more intimidating).

You need vacation! Call center, shmall center. Tell them your vagina is acting up.
