Daddy #1 made it through the surgery and is in recovery. They had to do a quadruple by-pass and the main artery going to the heart was almost completely blocked. We are incredibly relieved and we thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.

Mrs. CB is heading out to Prom. I told her not to bring home chlamydia...

I pulled a muscle in my neck...yawning as I got into the shower this morning. Time to break outthe Triple V's.

I am such a whore for all things Otalia. Except the fanfic where the author randomly capitalizes words....can't do it.

I had pizza with pepperoni, shrooms, hot peppers and extra cheese. Guess it will take a few days longer for that acid thing to heal...

Good news! I'm glad everything went well for Daddy 1, and I hope his recovery proceeds as successfully.

We had pizza last night too...just a lovely plain pie with a nice mix of cheeses (mozzarella, pecorino romano, and something else i did not recognize) & fresh basil.

But is pizza on your gluten diet? Hmmm.

I hope Mrs. CB did not dump a bucket of blood on the prom queen.

No, but I was the only one of the 7 teachers in attendance who danced for two hours with the students. I'm sure that my principal was mortified.

Oh, and forget about the gluten, the acid from the sauce, pepperoni, and peppers is enough to make pizza forbidden fruit.
