cabensonOh LJ, I have been a true slacker when it comes to updating you. I could blame it on the fatigue enhanced by my multiple-martini lunch, or the fact that the planets have not quite lined up to give me the ultimate astronomical energy, or that I have been mad crazy busy making sure I have enough minders when I am in NYC so I don't wind up in the slammer...
Truth is, I am just kinda lazy these days.
Had yesterday off so Mrs CB and I hit the mall to find me something suitable to wear to the big reunion next weekend. I shall look so hot, and Mrs CB will enjoy none of it because she has a family event to attend and I will be traveling alone. Meeting up with a bunch of middle-aged "single for the weekend chicks". Kinda like a trial run for NYC.
Been watching only one show in the fandom world, although I do breeze through the Guiding Light eps on the DVR. "Warehouse 13" is quirky kinda fun. A mix between TXF and Eureka and Mrs. CB and I have already started the slashing.
And speaking of GL...oh Otalia. Buildup of BRILLIANCE, ending made of FAIL! They only have 5-6 weeks to get this story back on track. I am so bummed, I am thinking of relinquishing my claim on the Otalia Ship Manifesto. For the past two weeks, I have been saying I wish this show was over so I can get on with my freaking life! Otalia...why can't I quit you? If only CC and her rack weren't to freaking awesome!!! Speaking of which, CC and her rack are having a live chat this Saturday around 6:00pm EST. Check out the Big Purple Dreams board for deets. And really fandom...I have never seen a group turn 180s so quickly depending on what spoiler has been released that day. I want to mock you so hard. But as I posted above...

In Silk Stalkings (which I knew she'd been in 2 eps, but didn't remember her) and then all of a sudden, out of the blue I decided to watch some S3-S4 eps on DVD and there she was, shooting Chris in one of my FAVORITE episodes. Way thin, and at the end with WAY to much badly applied make up (fitting her psychotic break down), but it had been bugging me for a year because I couldn't place where I'd seen her...

God Otalia, CC and other things related are just the only thing I do/watch. When september will finish I will oh so not know what to do with myself and I can assure you I'm gonna start watching Days,,, Need a life (after the end of the show of course... :P)
And + I can't wait to see Venice and what it will really be about, b/c right now we know so little and it seems oh so awesome !

Still, there is something maybe possibly interesting coming up, so I remain Otalia's prisoner till the end. In conclusion, Fuck you, GL, for ruining everything.
ETA: I heart Warehouse 13!
