Snow is over, we got about 9". Pics at Mrs CB's LJ , stargazer1960. If you aren't on her flist, ask her to add you-she's easy that way.

PT was canceled yesterday so I made it home around 2:30. Chili was on the stove by 3, dinner and beers by 4:30 and apparently I crashed at 5:30. Woke up at 1am to the chirping of a dying smoke alarm battery and stayed up til 5:30, at which time Mrs. CB got up. Slept a couple more hours only to be awakened by PT calling to say the facility was closed so no PT today either.

Made pancakes, went out to clean the car while Mrs. CB made her latest snow goddess, then came in for lunch: chili dogs with cheese and onion and an IBC root beer. Now I am considering a nap:)

How has your back been feeling? Do you feel any better, or is it far too early?

Also, I don't imagine the blizzard stuff is helping. When my back messes up, I find it worse in the messy weather, just because keeping my balance on the slush and snow requires using muscles that are too often dormant and just increases the risk of turning the wrong way, which itself is sometimes enough to leave me immobile for months.

My lower back is really do better. I am kinda surprised at how quickly the PT has rectified things. Of course, this is the first time in 15 years and countless trips to PT that we knew ahead of time EXACTLY what and where the problem was.

My middle and upper back have been taking the stress tho and they noticed this the last time I was there and gave me some exercises to work on that.

This was a piddly amount of snow compared to the 22" we got 2 years ago. I am being so careful out there it is almost humorous. I cleaned off the cars but kept one hand on the car at all times. Mrs. CB has cleaned the walks and drive about 3 times already. Cannot be too careful
