"Not until I see her."
"You can't." he said.
"I WILL or we're not doing this!" she argued, her voice echoing lightly in the barren room.
"You cannot see her...she's gone." he said softly.
"What do you mean 'she's gone'?" she asked as angry pools filled her eyes.
"Detective Benson was found in her apartment early this morning dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. She was holding this." he answered as he handed the tattered photo to the shaken woman.
"Olivia no!" she cried as the tears flooded down her face staining her own image.
"Not until I see her."
"You can't." he said.
