Chocolate with dark chocolate fudge icing. Mrs CB isn't a cake person, so I basically get to eat the whole thing. I wonder if I can do that before Ash Wed...
I also made a dark fudge cake with whipped vanilla icing (and cherry pie filling to go on top) for a co-workers Bday tomorrow.
mmmm...cake....(insert Homer Simpson gurgling sounds here) My sister had me make some boxed monstrosity she thought was red velvet cake for superbowl sunday--it was VANILLA for crying out loud! the cream cheese frosting was pretty dead on, though.
