Who else is watching The Sarah Connor Chronicles? Aside from the Sarah/Cameron potential, what are your thoughts on the actual storyline? I loved the originals and so far, this has become the perfect continuation of the story (I pretend T3 never made it to the screen)This has become Must See TV for me. Tell me what you think.

I saw the first two eps and was very pleasantly surprised. However, I don't watch a whole lot of television and prefer to get stuff when it comes out on DVD. The Sarah Connor Chronicles are definitely on my list of TV to buy at some point in the near future, whenever it actually comes out.

I am sort of fly-by reading my flist, but I am watching and I love it. I think the storyline is excellent (I don't know that I ever even saw T3, so in my world, it didn't make it to the screen). I started watching mostly because I love Summer Glau, but I'm glad I did. I hope the show continues to do well and it's not just a "Well, there's a strike, so we'll watch this" thing.

Sorry, but I just can't get into it. I was never a Terminator fan to begin with, and between being completely underwhelmed by the pilot and disliking Summer Glau, it just hasn't taken.

I know Mrs. THI told you about our Damages marathon, though--promise me you'll check it out. It is AWESOME.

I am sorry you missed out on the Sci-Fi gene. It's a good show.

I plan to acquire Damages, I had been interested and you and your consort's raves have pushed it up on my list.

Of course now I supposed to get you writing JJ/Emily from Criminal Minds...

This implies you are taking orders from a higher, more powerful authority...and I'm not just talking about Bruin.

I'm lovin' this show. It's such a better continuation of the first two films than the utterly forgettable T3. I'm also loving how they're reference back to the first two films - mental home, South America, Kyle - but not in a way that would lose people who are unfamiliar with the films.

The fact that they're allowing the main three characters to grow and be changed by events, is also a big plus. And the FBI side story, although not a direct part of the action, fits well with the adrenaline and intensity of the Sarah parts of the storyline.

So, yes, must see TV.

You know already that I watch this show, even when I'm too sick to pay any attention to the tv. Right now I'm not too bothered about the plot points, just the shallow and the pretty, because if I pay too much attention, there are some glaring inconsistencies. But inspite of that, it's a pretty good drama.

Well, anyone that has taken a look at my journal lately knows my feeling on the show. But seriously, I think aside from the Sarah/Cameron aspect, I am loving the show for it's hidden depths. At this point we can only draw our own conclusions as to what Cameron's potential to feel is. I originally started watching because I liked the first two movies...and I LOVE Lena Headey. Now though, Cameron has me mesmerized, every week we get to see more and more of what makes Cameron tick, who not necessarily what she is, her want and need to understand Sarah and John. As well as Sarah's growing trust of Cameron, I mean really for someone who hates machines she really opens up to this one. I also love the abundance of one liners and Cameron's usually feeble attempts at humor.

[livejournal.com profile] shatterpath, [livejournal.com profile] amyrayh, and I are totally digging SCC. I'm not sure I'll be able to write fic for it, but I'm enjoying the show, that's for sure...
