In Sickness and In...I'll kill her!

I have Teh Plague. Mrs. CB has spent the last week hacking and coughing as a respiratory virus slowly turned into a stomach virus. I took care of her as best I could, forsaking my evenings with Mr. Pinot to feed and medicate her. I only asked for one thing in return: for her to keep her cootie-spewing lips away from me. Obviously, a febrile spouse only hears what they want to hear. So now I am home early from work (and will have to go in at 5:00am Sat to make up hours)and have just chugged my first "cherry shot" of the day. I have soaked in a warm bath and put on my pj's. I have 4 out of 5 cats warming up the bed for me, a tall glass of oj, and a good book. I shall sleep this bitch out of my system if it is the last thing I do.
Tonight Mrs CB shall make me a grilled cheese sandwich with the precioussssss Cabot cheddar and tomato soup. She feels bad for making me sick but claims that I am too irresistible. Yes, she still has a fever.

So when I am not able to post "The Harlots of Hudson Place" in times for the holidays...you know who to blame.
