Another trip to NY?

cabensonI am starting to think that maybe we should just move there already.We are planning for spring break already. This time we are heading to Seneca Falls so I can take Mrs CB to The National Women's Hall of Fame.
Has anyone been there before or know anything about the area? Any wineries? We'll be driving this trip and making a few stops along the way. Might hit Amish country on the way there or the way home. I wouldn't mind a side trip over to Toronto, or at least the Falls.
