Random Update

Mr. Big Ends is making great progress. He looked about 1000% better yesterday when I got home than he did the day before. He's eating, drinking and fighting when it comes time to take his meds. He better get used to it as it's a lifelong thing now. He's even back to his bad habits of jumping on the counter. Doesn't seem overly interested in the Kitty Limo, but that just means bruin can sleep in it all the time.

And we have to de-flea the place this weekend. We each saw one flea before Artie got sick and I noticed flea dirt on the Fat Bastard, so it will be a complete cleaning of the castle this weekend and a little Advantage for the boys.

Mrs. CB is recovering from her annual "Back to School" cold and the ragweed is high, so we are an attractive snorting and snotting team right now. I hope to get more work done on the desk this weekend and then I need to sit down and write my "5000" story for P&P. I also need to take video footage of the cats and their new toy-a laser pointer. Bruin absolutely LOVES chasing this thing and he is hysterical when he does it. Mrs. CB's bday is fast approaching and I need to make a music vid for her...

I am finally going to see the new version of "Halloween" tomorrow with artskat. Popcorn for dinner-YAY!

I'm glad to hear he is doing even better!

We have a laser pointer for our cats, too, they love it. My favorite thing to do with Maddy (the other two are too smart to fall for it) is to run the pointer in tight circles around her so she runs in circles really fast for a while, then I go off slowly in a straight line and she tries to follow but falls over to the side like a drunk.

I'm a bad kitty Mom sometimes, but gosh it is fun. ;)

I'm glad to hear that the kitty is doing well.

I hope my post earlier today didn't offend you. I know I addressed the entire flist, but it was really directed to my former roomate, who has done nothing but write posts of neverending whining that no one wants to read. I really should take her off of my flist, and I shouldn't have posted the post in the first place.

Thanks for the kitty thoughts.

No offense, but I did actually have a person on my flist back in the day who made a similar post and was serious about it. Pissed a lot of people off and I adopted the mindset that I won't adjust my personal journal entries for anyone.
