The one where we protested
Nov. 16th, 2008 01:59 pmYesterday, Mrs. CB and I joined a few hundred people in the freezing rain as part of a national protest against the passing of California's Prop 8. I am not an activist, at all- that is more of the wife's kind of thing than mine, but I did make signs and I did participate because it is important. So we rallied, and we chanted and we sang. It felt pretty damn good. Pic spam below:

Protestors ligning up on a cold, rainy, WINDY, day.

The Straight Alliance was out in full force.

Our friend Carolyn waiting to lead us in song.

Mrs. CB and her sign

Me and mine...I couldn't resist and was surprised at the amount of outrage people displayed over axing the storyline and actress. This ain't over ABC!
Got a nasty chest cold from being out-probably not too smart on my part with this undiagnosed breathing issue I continue to have.
Our holiday schedules are out and I managed to get a 4-day Thanksgiving weekend followed by a 5-day Christmas weekend. Haha.
Chili on the stove and movies in the DVR. Wife is grading and the boys are snuggling. I may grab a nap.
