Really hate to see this. Es0pecially since I hit on her the last time she was at OSU and she totally blew me off :(

And I really hate that the Athletic Director referred to her as "the girl". WTF? She's 37 years old. I agree that if she was banging a student on the team, she had to go...but I hate to see it happen right before The Dance.

It's 7:30 pm and I'm ready for bed. Who's coming with me? Pokey, I got room for you, baby, but not your players.

I hate LSU cause they spanked my Buckeyes TWICE!! But I loved watching Pokey strut across the floor at the Schott. She was the reason I went to the game.

Still...banging a player is not cool, for coaches of ANY gender.

when I heard she was resigning to pursue 'other interests' I thought it a tad weird but this never even crossed my mind...

It appears she already pursued "other interests" and someone found out. I was suspicious of the timing of her first announcement, but when she said she was not coaching through the tourney, this was the first thing to pop into my dirty little mind.

I 'm still muttering. I can't believe that Pokey would do such a thing. I'm waiting for the real story.
It is Louisiana and we know that there's a lot of story to tell. It remains to be seen if it was a player or a former player. Big Dif. We always knew she was family but a cradle robber?
I can't wait to get the dish from my peeps at home.
Cabenson, you can't have all the fine women. Stick to short Scots.

My thought is that it was an active player - from when she was first a coach - 12-15 years ago, so the age difference was really not an issue (not that it makes it right, but, for me a tad more understandable, if it's true, since I would hate to be judged by the dimbatty things I did at 22.)
