Snow Day Faker

I have a couple of day off that are supposed to be dedicated to getting some writing done. I was asure when I woke that after having two "too fucking cold to go to school" days off, that Mrs. CB would be back amongst her students and co-workers, and I would have the house to myself. Wrong-o! They called off school again because of the 4" of snow that are covering the side streets- that's 4 days in the last 2 weeks: 3 for weather,one for a coked-up bus driver.

So, I am going to make us some lunch (spaghetti with homeade meatballs anyone?)and settle down to work on my story. This cold weather is causing some back discomfort-I wonder how I can get Greyson to do his kitty-sage on my back instead of my boobs? I can't just turn over-he won't play that game.

I've been up for 2.5 hours and I need a nap already. If Mrs. CB wasn't sitting in the other room, I'd ask who wanted to join me ;)

My missus and I are firmly convinced that you don't actually have a job--you are just pretending to be legit and are actually selling coke out of your house to stupid bus drivers.

I am sooo ready to go back to work. Done laundry, dishes, shoveled snow, graded papers--heck, I even called my mom!

The spaghetti and meatballs was the bomb! I want to come home for lunch everyday. If CB didn't have to go back to her imaginary work she could make me lunch all the time!
