Two weeks ago, I started a three week series of a heavy duty antibiotic for the sinus infection that would! not! die!! Several days after I started the meds, I began to feel like I had the flu-my joints swelled and ached for relief like LiLo aches for coke. I called my doc today and it turns out I do not have the flu(again), am suffering from the more serious side effects of the antibiotic. Needless to say, I am no longer taking the Levaquin. Hopefully the pains will go away before vaca.

Not much else happening. My niece sent me a "OMG HELP ME!!" email today-I figured she was running away from home, but she only wanted Ohio State stickers and stuff for a school project. She is a freshman and has already decided she is going to OSU and living with us. We'll see about that ;)

Mrs. CB picked up a season of McGuyver and Wild, Wild West (old school)while I grabbed Stargate: Atlantis Season 2. Will make for some nice viewing when I am off next month. And speaking of next month, I am working on my Epic Proportions fic, but it will not be ready by the deadline. Unless a story fairy comes and writes it for me. And the cats don't eat the fairy. Fuzzy bastards.

Need wine, Girls Scout Cookies, and basketball. But before I go, Mrs. CB and I had a wonderful discussion at dinner, but we could not agree on who is more evil. So, a poll

You got Lortab for a sinus infection? I am sooooo jealous! That's Vicoden, baby!

Now on a more serious and sober note, pain killers can have severe side effects. Lortab seems to enhance my vertigo which can lead to nausea. I just never thought I could be in pain from a stupid antibiotic.
