A couple of weeks ago I mentioned that I was making a "workout" style bench to help me with my never-ending physical therapy. maroukian asked for pics of the process, so here they are, along with a few cat pics as well:




Making the frame for the bench- I used 2X4s


Adding the top which was a 2'X 4'X 3/4" heavy duty plywood. Strong enough to hold my fat ass.


I added legs made from leftover 2X4's and covered the top with a 1" layer of foam. Spray adhesive is my friend.


And finally, I covered it with a double layer of gray durable denim.


Ta-da! Now I have to start using the damn thing. It will be used for stretching and with an exercise ball to help strengthen my lower back muscles without the additional strain of trying to gut up off of the floor.

and finally, last night we went to our local lesbo watering hole where they were having a "Toast to Gayness".


Our shot was called the "Juicy Pussy" and yes, it was quite good.
