Got knocked out for a few days this week with horrible back spasms. Much better now due to muscle relaxers, but to have a charley-horse in the middle of my back? Weird! At least the spasms weren't in the lumbar area-one simpley cannot move, or breathe, when those hit.

So I have been taking it very easy (on doc and Boss and Mrs. CB's joint orders)and may have missed a few posts. Please don't feel slighted, I'll try to get to them as I can.

On the other hand, my snot holes feel much better, in case you were wondering.

I think I may want to re-customize my journal...

Aside from a few milder cramps I am doing much better, thanks to my friends, Flexeril and Vicodin :) May even venture out for dinner tonight.
