It's 27 degrees F (wind chill=20F) and I am freezing my extra-large ass off.

That said, I'm making lasagna for dinner. Who wants some?

I haven't been sick since July! All that crap in September was jsut stress. And before July, that was all because of the stupid tonsillitis. Gah... stupid snow. I may have to order food- I don't want anything that I have because all I have is spaghettios and easy mac. Ew. And I don't want to troop thtough the snow to the freaking dining hall because their food sucks and is so not worth braving snow while sick.

Oh man, it's soooo easy:


Nah really, I just brown some burger with oregano, basil and garlic. Add Prego sauce (I can't make my own...yet), mushrooms, wine, more garlic, more oregano, more basil and a pinch of sugar. Layer cooked noodles with sauce, mozzarella, provolone...repeat. I do one layer of teh ev01 Ricotta because Mrs. CB likes it, Top with Provolone, Parm and Mozz...bake that muthafucka for ...till it's boobly.

It's messy, but really easy. Even Mariska could make it :)

Oooh...real food. I could go for some of that. I am not to proud to beg for leftovers...
