Recipes by request. The soup is basically "open cans and dump in pot". That's how easy it is.
Cheesy Tortilla Soup
2 cans nacho Cheese Soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 cans milk
3 cans kidney beans, rinsed
1 can corn
1 small can diced jalapenos
3 pieces boneless skinless chicken breast or 3 small cans cooked chicken breast
Sour cream
Tortilla chips
If using fresh chicken breast, dice chicken and brown in skillet. I season with garlic, chilli powder, paprika and salt.
Mix 3 cans of soup and milk with a whisk until blended. Add beans, corn, jalapenos, and chicken. Heat until warm, avoid boiling.
Serve soup with a dallop of sour cream and tortilla chips.
Cranberry Sangria
48 oz cranberry juice
3 cups Taylor Port
1-2 can ginger ale
lemons, limes, oranges sliced
Mix all ingredients and chill for 12-24 hours to allow flavors to meld. Serve over ice with fruit slices.
