I'm having ice cream for breakfast.

What is your favorite ice cream flavor or sundae combination?


My Answer: Banana Split with choc ice cream covered in marshmallow cream, vanilla ice cream covered in hot fudge, then another choc ice cream in hot fudge. Whipped cream and cherry, no nuttage. Good god, I want that RIGHT NOW!!!

Oh, child, you don't even know. When all the ingredients are fresh (fresh flan, fresh ube (like, sweet purple yam), fresh gelatins and fruits), it is incredible. Like a meal. Like a sweet, creamy, meal with great textures and flovor combinations.

If you can find a good quality Filipino restaurant, I highly rec halo-halo especial (the 'especial' will get you flan and extra ice cream ususally). Crap, I have to go find a supplier for my fix....
