I'm having ice cream for breakfast.

What is your favorite ice cream flavor or sundae combination?


My Answer: Banana Split with choc ice cream covered in marshmallow cream, vanilla ice cream covered in hot fudge, then another choc ice cream in hot fudge. Whipped cream and cherry, no nuttage. Good god, I want that RIGHT NOW!!!

Vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and peanut butter sauce with whipped cream and as many cherries on top as I can stand.

When I am having "regular" ice cream at home I am most fond of cookies and cream, and I never turn down carmel topping. Yum!

But as I just went to Cold Stone this weekend with bluepoet, I should add that when they make it for me I am very fond of their "Strawberry Blond" (heh). Strawberry ice cream with real strawberries, graham cracker crust crumbles, carmel, and whipped topping *mixed in*....OMGYUM.

fav ice cream flavor is pistachio; combination-wise, I like bananas foster smothered over vanilla ice cream when the vanilla melts and becomes this rich concoction of banana drippy goodness

Chocolate ice cream with choclate sauce.

When I was a little girl I liked stirring up the ice cream until it all soft and melty, almost like a milkshake, then eating it. I still do.

I like banana with my ice cream, and whipped cream sometimes.

Once in awhile I'll go for Rocky Road, but more for sentimental reasons than anything.

Lately I've been enjoying the exotica element in ice cream: either green tea or pumpkin have been my faves. This weekend's mission: black mission fig gelato!

When it comes to sundaes though, I'm pretty boring. Vanilla with hot fudge, and lots of nuts.

Azuki or French vanilla... or espresso. I like bean-borne ice creams, I guess.

Oh! halo-halo!!!11eleventy!1!! I loves me some halo-halo with mango ice cream.

It better not be hot today--I haven't found a good halo-halo supplier yet.

Oh, child, you don't even know. When all the ingredients are fresh (fresh flan, fresh ube (like, sweet purple yam), fresh gelatins and fruits), it is incredible. Like a meal. Like a sweet, creamy, meal with great textures and flovor combinations.

If you can find a good quality Filipino restaurant, I highly rec halo-halo especial (the 'especial' will get you flan and extra ice cream ususally). Crap, I have to go find a supplier for my fix....

Our local ice cream joint has a flavor called White Tiger Paws. It's vanilla ice cream with Oreo cookie, chocolate chunks, and fudge right in it. It is delicious. I absolutely love it, more than any sundae or single flavor in the world. It's amazing.

But it's expensive, so usually, I stick to Moose Tracks or something else that I can pick up at the grocery store.
