To me, Worst Movie has to be a picture with major studio or actors in it. Indies tend to be filled with components that can bring something with merit down. I have seen some with no visible means of support. I'm thinking of you Ms. July- "you and me and everyone we know"-what was that about really, someone tell me.
Before a month ago, it was Tarzan of the Apes with Bo "my shirt is wet again" Derek. "Striptease", ,Demi's gem, doesn't count since it is the only movie that I walked out on-in my life. The new champion is "Bloodrayne", absolute crap, stem to stern. I never thought Ben Kingsley would ever deliver bad acting, even spouting lines from the phone book. Maybe he should have, the plot may have been better. loken,wooden and one note, and "i'm a bad ass" michelle must have been too tired partying in the trailer to appear human on film. It would have improved if they were asleep, sleepwalking, zombies instead of vampires. Really can't say anything good about it, at least, TotA had Bo soaked in the river water.
Yes, for the love of M&Ms, plain and peanut, how could he go from Lawrence ,Lion in Winter, the Ruling Class, the Stunt Man, My Favorite Year---to Club Paradise? Was he in Tarzan? I've forgotten that. He must have put some hoodoo on me to blot out the memory. There could be another whole catagory, great actors subjected to shit scripts.
