cabensonI just returned from seeing the neurosurgeon (after waiting for 2 1/2 hours...she is worth it tho) and things are looking good. I have been cleared to resume all pre-surgical "activities"..eh hem. Line forms to the right ladies, no pushing or shoving and Mrs. CB will be gone all weekend. I was told, and I quote, "not to do anything foolish. Remodeling a kitchen 3 months after your first surgery wasn't foolish it was damn stupid." Ahhhhh..I love it when women give me a hard time :)I am also taking hardly any painkillers but I am sure once we see the first bolt of cold weather, that will change.
Friday is my last moderated PT appointment and I will continue with swimming and my home exercises. In a month or two, I can start working with the trainers at the Y. Hopefully, my two other issues will work themselves out and I won't have to interrupt the rehab anymore than possible.
As I mentioned above, Mrs CB is heading home to see her family this weekend and I am Bad Girl-a-thonning it...research for the essay. I am thinking of starting a drabble comm for this show. Maybe once we figure out how to put eps online others will get interested.

artskat tomorrow evening. It's a sad time in one's life when you admit you have to take a nap before going out even when you know you will be home by 10:00pm.
