Back is out, big time. You all have seen it before: I can't sit, stand, lay in bed without pain. It has been almost 5 years since I wrecked it bad enough to need surgery. I am hoping that a course of steroids, some stronger meds, and a round of PT will be enough this time, especially since it is out on the right side and I needed surgery when it blew on the left.

Gonna stumble into the shower then head out to the doctor. Good thoughts, peeps, I need good thoughts.
