Happy belated 87th birthday to saveferris. Hope you can still get it up at your ageyou had a wonderful day and you are enjoying tooling around in Grace- if you get a pic, I'd love to see how she compares with my sweet, sweet, Helen Stewart. Also, D, I can't freaking find your email, so please send it again so we can try to work out the dyke/fag hookup when you get to town.

Music Vid

I want to make an Alex/Olivia music vid and I have a great song, just , I think it's too commercial. Screw it, I'll probably use it anyway. Any suggestions for an angsty , never-gonna-get my love kind of song? I am also thinking of doing an Olivia character vid to Beck's "Lost Cause", cause, well, she is a lost cause, at least in this fan's eyes.

Writing

I think I need to do the Five Things Meme to get back into the writing game. So dear flist, here is your chance:

Give me a "Five ...." topic for a character or pairing in one of my fandoms and I will write you a very brief list/drabble/ficlet in response. Ex: Five Things Alex Cabot did when she returned to Manhattan or Five Ways Helen and Nikki Broke the rules at Larkhall

My Fandoms: Law and Order SVU (including Abbie, but I will only kill or ridicule Casey), Stargate:SG-1 (including Elizabeth Weir), and Bad Girls upto Season 3. Not a huge list to choose from, but I don't know any other Fandoms well enough to write.

First 5 request are guaranteed a prize, but I will try to write for all.

In other news, I am making my poetry-writing wench a delicious dinner: roast in a mushroom gravy, sourcream mashed potatoes,a nd fresh steamed broccoli. Jealous?
